I See You

My brother from another mother truly a great one when at best.
History has no hold against the heart of a man when put to the test.

I see you the strong and gifted uplifting manhood to its most tremendous.

Stereotype me not posted in the growth on the journey of no coincidence.

The educators the fathers the blue collar workers the everyday grinders.

The responsible intelligent strong righteous lively most timers.

Progressing against the odds while witnessing the fall of other brothers.

The old heads who’s memories are wise but inhale pain that smothers.

I see you my brother never expecting the pat on the back for focused drive.

While all the time taking in the suffering strengthening spirit character in mind.

Whatever you do it comes down to heart and knowledge in the scheme.

That’s why I see the brothers in the struggle waiving red black and green.

Yeah I see you even though it would seem this breed is damn near invisible.

Media entertainment socially or economic driven erasing the positive is simple.

I see you the love of self worth pressure drowning emotions of culture hate.

Playing the opposite while still maintaining true self and life to contemplate.

I see you treating my mothers and sisters like a queen on a throne.

Providing all that they ask for being a man in the home.

So no matter how insignificant lowly hard life may be in view.

GOD GOD’S people the ones that love you see you to.
